In 2013 Jeshua (Jesh) relocated to Young, NSW, whilst completing his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Sydney Uni in order to begin his career in agriculture as a retail agronomist with a privately owned agribusiness. During this first stint as a retail agronomist, Jesh completed an Advanced Diploma in Agribusiness Management whilst working full time. Jesh then continued his retail agronomy career in Young, moving to a larger corporate business in mid-2015 and developing his skillset and the business’ Agronomy following through until December 2017. At the start of 2018, Jesh began his next adventure and launched Growmore Agronomy Services with his wife Adele in order to continue servicing his client base throughout the South West Slopes region of NSW.

Jesh’s drive for delivering excellence and up-to-date information is evidenced through his continual upskilling and attendance of industry events. This upskilling includes a long list of short courses and national accreditations in order to continue developing his agronomic and business skillsets.

Jesh prides himself in his ability to process problems logically, to focus on the most important piece of the puzzle (your goals) and to develop solutions from “outside of the box”.
